2022 Jurisprudence Module 4 – Legal Positivism 3, Legal Interpretivism

Jurisprudence

Our Jurisprudence course covers both general questions about the nature of law, law and society, and how a law operates as both a system of rules and a social institution to balance conflicting interests, as well as specific legal theories, including natural law theories, positivist theories, and modern legal theories including Marxism, liberalism, feminism, and much more.

What is the target audience?

Our courses are tailor-made to help law students achieve better grades. Our notes are structured in a user-friendly but also exam-oriented manner so as to help students become familiar with exam skills and answering techniques. Our students will never encounter the most common problem suffered by law students, which is that after reading lengthy textbooks, cases and journals, they still have no idea as to how to tackle exam questions. Simply by attending four 1.5-hour classes per month, you will experience a brand new method of learning and greater satisfaction in studying law.
